The CELPIP Speaking
Exam is divided into eight parts. To score high in the test, you need to know

and Don’ts
Now that you
know how the exam is going to be conducted, you need to make sure you’re ready
for it. Below is a list of what you should and shouldn’t do to perform well
during the test. Practice them during your CELPIP
packages training sessions.
DO

Use
transition signals to show changes in ideas.

Ensure
your response has an introduction, a body, and a conclusion.
·
Refrain
from using informal language.
·
Pace
yourself when you deliver your responses.
DON’T
·
Beat
around the bush.
·
Be
stingy with the details.
·
Use
expressions that you are not that familiar with.
·
Take
your time answering the questions.
